On 17 August 2025, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between the Centre for Innovative Governance Practices (CIGP) and Rebuilding Aspirations through Human Advancement and Transformation (RAHAT) at the CIGP Office in Baluwatar, Kathmandu.
